Petroleum pipeline anti-corrosion
The commonly used anti-corrosion methods for well pipes include nitriding, hydrogen ring powder spraying, titanium nano spraying, carbon zirconium coating, PE pipe lining, fiberglass tubing, etc. The price of PE pipe lining is relatively high, which is difficult for the market to accept. Other anti-corrosion methods belong to low-end anti-corrosion technology, with unstable production and unsatisfactory anti-corrosion effects, lacking competitiveness. Fiberglass lined oil pipes have mature and reliable technology, moderate price, and strong market competitiveness. The anti-corrosion technology of fiberglass lining has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and is not corroded by oil, water, salt, and other media. Moreover, its water surface can reduce the adhesion of ground ions. At the same time, its internal surface is smooth, improving the flow state of the pipe and reducing the probability of scale crystals adhering to the pipe wall. Anticorrosive clock lining system:
